Shortlisted Supervisors after that register in EAP's 6 month Manager training consisting of over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week period after which they satisfy once a week with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly if not month-to-month Elder Supervision conferences for the youngsters on their caseload.
