The documentary filmmaker behind Jobriath A.D. (2012) and the web series Wallflowers passed away from cancer, as per Deadline.
The Eight Track Tape Productions founder died on Monday, December 23 in West Hollywood, according to president of CLG3 Communications Christy Grosz.
A celebration of life is planned for January.
Turner is survived by his cousins on the East Coast and his 'close chosen family of friends.'
