Announcing the news on her Instagram she penned: 'Eek! I'm so excited to announce that I'm publishing a book called ‘Breathwork' that comes out on July 17th.
'I'm really passionate about breathwork and how it's helped me with my sleep, stress, and anxiety, and I'm looking forward to sharing this with all of you on a bigger platform.
