If your budget is small a person won't play often, consider buying a previously owned set of clubs, or a new set that a new few more clubs. Anyone have a few hundred dollars to work with, choose a new set (usually 14 clubs which includes a putter) with a good manufacturer that meets your needs; the very expensive clubs aren't needed for all players.
