EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin early autism indicators Autism Task (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enlist in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training consisting of over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they satisfy regular with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly if not month-to-month Senior citizen Supervision conferences for the kids on their caseload.
Furthermore, WEAP's published study in the American Journal of Mental Retardation (November 2005 concern) followed Dr. Ivar Lovaas' study in 1987 and 1993 whereby 48% of the children who took part in the intensive behavioural treatment had the ability to catch up and take part effectively in typical institution.
Each child at EAP is assigned a group of therapists who are monitored by a Supervisor on a biweekly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progression Reviews two times a year. EAP remains to preserve world-class quality ABA treatment as we continue to have our parent firm WEAP manage our children two times a year.
In 2020, the Hope Project released Autism At Home - an online platform to release complimentary video sources and online product.
