EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. For all therapists, an initial training including 20 hours of classes and 3 weeks on hand-held training is called for prior to starting work with a youngster with autism after which regular fortnightly otherwise regular supervision is provided through regular overlaps and group meetings.
