EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the stipulation of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early autism indicators Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enroll in EAP's 6 month Manager training containing over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they satisfy regular with their Senior Supervisor, and have bimonthly otherwise month-to-month Senior citizen Guidance conferences for the children on their caseload.
Additionally, WEAP's published research in the American Journal of Dementia (November 2005 issue) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research in 1987 and 1993 where 48% of the youngsters that joined the extensive behavioural therapy had the ability to capture up and take part effectively in common college.
Each youngster at EAP is appointed a team of specialists who are supervised by a Manager on a biweekly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Development Reviews two times a year.
