EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was started by Wisconsin early characteristics of autism Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enlist in EAP's 6 month Manager training including over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week duration after which they fulfill once a week with their Elderly Manager, and have bimonthly otherwise regular monthly Elder Supervision meetings for the children on their caseload.
Furthermore, WEAP's released study in the American Journal of Mental Deficiency (November 2005 concern) followed Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research study in 1987 and 1993 whereby 48% of the kids that participated in the extensive behavioural therapy were able to capture up and get involved efficiently in typical institution.
Each youngster at EAP is assigned a group of specialists who are monitored by a Supervisor on a biweekly basis and a Senior Manager on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Development Reviews two times a year. EAP remains to keep world-class high quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our parent company WEAP manage our children twice a year.
In 2020, the Hope Job introduced Autism At Home - an online system to release free video clip resources and on the internet product. EAP's senior center group looks after the top quality of ABA therapy offered at EAP and altogether has a mixed experience of 32 years of scientific practice in the field of ABA.
