EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin early characteristics of autism Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors after that enlist in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training containing over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week duration after which they fulfill once a week with their Senior Supervisor, and have bimonthly otherwise month-to-month Elder Guidance conferences for the children on their caseload.

Each kid at EAP is designated a group of therapists that are managed by a Supervisor on a biweekly basis and a Senior Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Development Reviews two times a year. EAP continues to keep world-class quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our parent firm WEAP supervise our kids twice a year.
