EAP Malaysia is the leader of the stipulation of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin early autism project malaysia sdn. bhd Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enroll in EAP's 6 month Manager training including over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they meet weekly with their Elderly Supervisor, and have bimonthly otherwise regular monthly Senior citizen Guidance conferences for the kids on their caseload.
Additionally, WEAP's published research study in the American Journal of Dementia (November 2005 concern) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research study in 1987 and 1993 wherein 48% of the children that participated in the intensive behavioral treatment had the ability to catch up and take part effectively in regular college.
Each youngster at EAP is designated a team of specialists that are monitored by a Manager on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Progress Reviews two times a year.
